How You Will Make an Impact:
The IT Field Service Technician is an integral part of the Technology Team who will oversee the technical success of our production communications environment in the Permian Basin.Must have at least five years of real-world experience designing and administering various network topologies. Must be a fast learner who has substantial Cisco Meraki expertise. Must be comfortable working in both a manufacturing environment outdoors and office environments.You will maintain and support the communications networks across the Dune Express conveyor system and infrastructure projects and provide backup support to other OT Infrastructure roles.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience with Operating Systems, Virtualization, LAN/WAN, Firewalls, SQL Servers, client-server and terminal virtualization as a System Administrator
- Technical Degree or 3 years experience
- Experience working in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge/Experience with regulatory frameworks in the OT space
- Knowledge/Experience with Industry security frameworks.
- Knowledge/Experience with cybersecurity technologies in an industrial environment.
- Knowledge of SCADA environments/technologies.
- Experience designing, developing, and deploying infrastructure in an enterprise environment.
- Experience with enterprise-level systems and infrastructure.
- Knowledge/Experience with VMware, MS Server, and Active Directory.
- Experience working with enterprise security solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with service providers and vendors to get proper equipment, supplies, and services to support operations.

- support the evaluation, installation, and maintenance of production infrastructure.
