Strategy Coordinator South America

If yes is the answer, apply for becoming our new regional strategy coordinator in South America. We are seeking a dynamic Regional Strategy Coordinator for South America to join our global team. In this role, you will be working closely with the leadership team in South America and report directly into our global Head of Group Strategy.
You will be responsible for developing, deploying, and executing strategic initiatives to the unique needs of our South American markets. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient use of resources, prioritisation of projects, managing strategic initiatives and facilitating leadership alignment within the region and across borders.
Your main responsib
ilities
Develop, deploy, and execute our global strategy in South America.
Ensure efficient utilisation of resources by prioritising projects and initiatives in alignment with regional objectives.
Adapt and translate our global strategy into actionable initiatives for South America, acting as a ‘strategic bridge’ between global and local objectives.
Support local business owners in strategy deployment, roadmap development, reporting and KPI design.
Facilitate leadership alignment within South America, fostering collaboration and synergies among key stakeholders
Support the regional CEO with developing materials, including global management meeting materials, strategic presentations and monthly reporting structures
Oversee M&A integration processes and ensure that local integration is designed and executed in the most efficient way
Who you are
You have an interest in sports and digital media
Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
You thrive in a busy and vibrant business environment in a fast growing company
You are highly driven and motivated by creating lasting results
You are a true team player with excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (Portuguese proficiency is a plus), both written and orally
You have a strong analytical mindset with proven experience in taking on complex problems and develop tangible recommendations
You have a strong sense of structure and planning and you are able to create strong presentation materials
You work proactively with diverse teams and stakeholders
You have 2-3 years of experience from management consulting, a corporate strategy function or similar
Possible Locations: Rio de Janeiro, Sao Paulo and Buenos Aires.
