ABOUT THIS POSITION


Aceable is looking for an Account Manager II to join a highly motivated team responsible for driving business growth through partnerships and affiliate marketing. Our ideal Account Manager has a personalized sales approach, experience building lasting relationships with clients, and always strives to provide the best possible service. In this role, you will work directly with Aceable Real Estate partners (real estate broker offices, real estate schools, associations, high schools, etc.) to understand their individual needs and offer solutions that drive value for their businesses while growing revenue for Aceable.

WHAT YOU’LL DO


  • Build deep relationships with clients and prospects
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment and/or upsell of goals and quotas
  • Present Aceable solutions to clients and prospects
  • Expand and grow accounts through nurturing, consistent communications, and superior customer service to turn accounts into long term partnerships
  • Proactive outreach to potential clients to grow your respective vertical, responding to leads to build a pipeline of opportunities for future partnerships. 
  • Help partners resolve issues and improve performance.  
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Meet goals for partner satisfaction
  • Travel: This role may require 10%-20% travel

WHAT YOU’LL NEED


  • 2+ years of account management or customer facing experience 
  • Experience with high volume sales execution with a track record of success
  • Extensive knowledge and interest in building customer relationships and partnerships 
  • Clear and effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tell a story, capture attention, and build trust 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Driven, with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency 
  • Exceptional negotiation skills

BONUS POINTS


  • Ed tech, real estate, or startup experience 
  • Partnership/business development experience
  • Experience using CRM tools, such as Hubspot or Salesforce 
  • Experience using Affiliate network tools, such as Commission Junction
  • Experience measuring and monitoring key sales and marketing metrics
  • Understanding of digital marketing, SEO and website optimization to grow partnerships
