Who we seek:
We’re looking for a Sr Global Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This person will work closely with multiple hiring managers across our departments globally. Talent Acquisition is a core strategic driver of BigID’s success, we play a key role in attracting, developing & retaining the best talent.
What you’ll do:
- Develop relationships at all levels of the business, meet regularly with leaders to understand business needs, and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies
- Source, recruit, interview, and close
- Develop unique sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet aggressive hiring goals
- Work effectively with peers and leaders across the company to ensure the selection process results in quality hires
- Engage applicants from the screening process through offer negotiation, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- 7+ years of recruiting experience ideally in a software/start-up company where you were responsible for sourcing and closing talent
- A proven record of creative sourcing strategies
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment while wearing many hats
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required
- Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
- Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, specifically Greenhouse
- Help promote an enjoyable and exciting workplace to retain employees
