Hex Trust has offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Dubai, Italy, and Vietnam.Position SummaryThe Associate/VP, Investor Relations will help to develop and drive Hex Trust’s IR strategy and initiatives.
You’ll be working closely with the CEO, executive team, finance department and other internal stakeholders to develop effective communications about the Company’s financial performance, growth prospects, and strategic objectives for existing and potential investors. This role is instrumental in building investor confidence and enhancing the Company’s reputation within the investment community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Maintain and further relations with current investors: attend to investors' requests, prepare regular reports and maintain long-term relationships.
- Fundraising: develop strategy & approach to fundraising, identify potential investors, develop material to support fundraising efforts, and support fundraising activities as required.
- Market Insights: establish and maintain regular dialogue with investors to understand sentiment and direction, and provide input & feedback to business teams as required.
- Business Development: identify business opportunities through interactions with investors, and refer to business teams for further action as required.
- Strategy: provide inputs and participate in working groups as needed, contributing to the development of the Company’s strategic direction.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of relevant experience in IR, FIG, Fund Sales or IB.
- Strong financial & quantitative analysis skills.
- Demonstrable business & financial acumen; ability to understand and interpret financial results;
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- A naturally confident communicator, proficient in developing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, as both a solo operator and as part of a team, and the ability to adapt as business needs evolve.
- Presentable and well-spoken, fluency in English is a must, Mandarin would be preferred.
