We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Integrations Architect specializing in Boomi and API technologies to join our dynamic and fast growing Digital Technology team. The ideal candidate will lead the design, development, and implementation of integration solutions, leveraging Boomi platform and API frameworks to enhance connectivity across our ecosystem. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for driving innovation through integration technologies.

What you'll do:


  • Lead the end-to-end design and architecture of integration solutions using Boomi platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability for future growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements, define technical specifications, and develop integration strategies to meet business needs.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of integration developers, guiding them in best practices, design patterns, and implementation methodologies.
  • Architect and implement API solutions to enable seamless data exchange and interoperability between internal systems and external partners/vendors.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends in integration and API management, recommending innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, standards, and guidelines for integration architecture, ensuring compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize integration processes, streamline workflows, and enhance overall system performance and reliability.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to communicate technical concepts, project statuses, and roadmap priorities effectively.

About you:


  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in enterprise integration architecture, with a focus on Boomi platform and API management.
  • Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex integration solutions, including ETL processes, data mapping, transformation, and synchronization.
  • Hands-on experience with Boomi integration development, including building connectors, APIs, workflows, and deployment configurations.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, protocols (e.g., HTTP, HTTPS), and standards (e.g., OAuth, OpenAPI).
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar languages.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and drive consensus on technical decisions.
  • Solid problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
  • Relevant certifications in Boomi, API management, or related technologies are a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $131,000-$226,000. Equity and benefits may be provided as part of the compensation package, depending on the position offered. Not all candidates will be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications as well as the candidate's location of residence. In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of company performance, employee performance, and management discretion.#LI-Remote#LI-HS1
