Our executive is the visionary force behind two thriving enterprises, Bime Beauty (established in 2022) and OpExpert (founded in 2016). In addition to her entrepreneurial triumphs, she is preparing to launch a groundbreaking coaching program in 2024 devoted to empowering women. Based on the East Coast with occasional travel to the West Coast, she balances her role as a business leader with her commitment to raising a son.

Role Overview:


As the Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant/Office Manager, you will serve as the primary organizer, anticipating the needs of the executive and the business. This role transcends traditional assistance, acting as a trusted partner to the executive in both professional and personal realms. Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

  • Efficiently managing schedules, appointments, and travel logistics.
  • Coordinating personal errands and lifestyle-related tasks.
  • Establishing and overseeing marketing strategies, Facebook groups, and online educational initiatives.
  • Conducting recruitment research and outreach activities.
  • Proficiently utilizing e-commerce platforms, including Shopify.
  • Managing projects using tools such as Asana or Trello.
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and communication via WhatsApp.
  • Engaging with various social media platforms, including TikTok, Canva, Facebook, and Instagram.
  • Familiarity with AI tools, including Chat GPT.
  • Handling bookkeeping tasks using Xero.
  • Demonstrating expertise in budgeting and cost management.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to develop marketing strategies, manage Facebook groups, and facilitate online classes.
  • Competence in coordinating travel arrangements and conducting recruitment research.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Familiarity with various social media platforms (TikTok, Canva, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as Chat GPT.
