PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
:
- Support the project management of multiple fast paced programs to manage schedule and budget
- Run multiple project/product meetings weekly both with the internal team and external customers (taking notes, following up on action items, etc)
- Produce weekly/monthly status report for customers to be presented.
- Collaborate on a cross-functional team directly with software / hardware engineers and operational subject matter experts to ensure project success
- Work with the finance and contracting team to develop and maintain a budget, reports, and deliverables in line with contract requirements
- Create, manage project/program schedules to ensure milestones are met for the programs
- Apply process and technical enablement knowledge to support successful management of technology solution initiatives.
- Understand the internal ecosystem and identify opportunities for improvement with company policies, program execution, training, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
:Required: Bachelor of Science in related field
Experience and Skills
:
- Two (2) to three (3) years of experience focusing on project analysis/management support
- Strong customer centric mindset
- Solutions and client service-oriented, with an emphasis on creativity
- Strong process orientation, capable of creating new processes, or significantly redesigning existing processes to align with hanging business requirements
- Experience with data analytics/insights. Ability to draw interferences and insights, highlight trends, and correlate causal factors with end outcomes
- Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity
- Ability to work in a team environment with a high sense of urgency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Desired Skills:
- Experience with SmartSheets, Confluence, and Jira tools
