Endless possibilities.As an Associate Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates for various technical roles within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech recruitment and be familiar with the Hong Kong market.
What you will do
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for technical positions such as software developers, engineers, data analysts, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and hiring activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
- Assist in the negotiation and offer process, including preparing offer letters and facilitating candidate onboarding.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and best practices.
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the tech industry, with a strong understanding of technical roles and skill sets.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese is mandatory
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business needs and priorities.
