Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will manage $15M+ business unit with a team of 25 direct reports covering project management, go-to-market strategies, research & development, and service & support.As an organization committed to high growth and excellence, Artera seeks a GM who embodies our core values of drive, diligence, and dedication. Additionally, regular travel commitments will be essential to maintain crucial connections, attend meetings, and represent Artera effectively in key engagements.

Responsibilities


  • Cultivate strategic relationships with government agencies and partners, shaping technology strategy and ensuring GTM results.
  • Harness Artera's R&D innovation to meet government technology needs, integrating systems and addressing security and business requirements with a dedicated engineering team.
  • Collaborate, influence and advocate for government needs with the rest of Artera’s functional leaders (e.g., marketing, product, finance)
  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to expand the enterprise scope and drive product adoption at the site level.
  • Take charge of leading the response process to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) for new sales opportunities, ensuring thorough and compelling submissions.
  • Oversee the project management aspects of multi-year federal deployments, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion, while adhering to strict timelines and budget constraints.
  • Employ a rigorous approach to prioritize and align the team's efforts, ensuring a laser-focus on achieving growth objectives and maximizing outcomes.
  • Facilitate transparent and comprehensive communication and reporting channels to effectively engage cross-functional teams, company leadership, and board stakeholders, providing timely updates and insights.
  • Plan and execute travel commitments, averaging twice per month, to maintain essential connections, attend meetings, and represent the organization as needed.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in both the government sector and healthcare.
  • Proficiency in VistA and/or Oracle Health systems.
  • Proven experience managing teams of 20+ people in either direct or matrix organizations.
  • T3 clearance required, T5 preferred.
  • Experience with cloud technologies.
  • Experience managing teams and technologies compliant with FedRAMP Moderate+ certification.

$200,000 - $293,500 a yearThe compensation for this role will be based on level of experience and the geographic tier in which you are located. This position also comes with equity and a variety of benefits.
