- Create and distribute timely outreach emails to coaches for senior account managers (Sr. AMs) and leaders, including C-Suite.
- Craft engaging and comprehensive coach bios for Sr. AMs and leaders
- Efficiently manage purchase order (PO) tracking, follow-up, and internal filing processes.
- Update deal dates for high-stakes opportunities for senior AMs.
- Engage in Coach bench outreach for potential client opportunities.
- Assist in proposal review and Quality Assurance.
- Proactively qualify leads through Mini-TES and TES StraightIn processes.
- Responsibly handle inquiries submitted through the "Contact Us" form.
- Actively participate in Account Manager (AM) and Business Development (BD) calls, listening in for learning purposes and capturing valuable notes.
- Undertake miscellaneous projects, including End-of-Year (EOY) reports, client outreach/Point of Contact (POC) gathering, mock pitches, and more.
Requirements
- 2-3 years related work experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a client-focused mindset.
- Polished interpersonal communication skills and a drive to connect with people
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to learn and adapt to new technologies ( Macbook and Hubspot experience is a plus! )
