Our new Partnerships Director will be responsible for developing and executing our partnership strategy, fostering relationships with key partners, and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B marketing, a strong network of potential partners, and a track record of successfully managing and growing partnerships.This self-motivated individual will focus on extending our agency’s revenue base through the recruitment, development, and growth of a portfolio of Partners consisting of referral partners, co-marketing partners and co-selling partners. The Director will be responsible for finding, growing, and shaping Partner relationships to build mind and market share for Silverback. The Partner Program at Silverback has the potential to be a vital route to market into prospective mid-market accounts via partners’ existing relationships.We are looking for an individual who understands the power and leverage of partnership ecosystems.

The Partnerships Director will be responsible for recruiting, enabling, and growing partners. They should have the ability to drive marketing and sales activities with partners to increase brand awareness and agency service adoption.Here’s what we expect from our new Partnerships Director:

What You'll Do


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B partnership strategy that aligns with Silverback Strategies’s business goals and objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential B2B partners, including technology companies, industry associations, complementary service providers, and others.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the primary point of contact and fostering collaboration to drive mutual success.
  • Lead negotiations with partners to establish terms, agreements, and contracts that are mutually beneficial and in line with company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through partnerships by identifying and capitalizing on co-selling opportunities, upselling existing clients, and creating joint marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and account management / delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Establish and monitor metrics/KPIs to measure the success and ROI of partnership initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates on partnership activities, performance, and revenue contributions to the executive team.
  • Clearly define value propositions by partner type/category and successfully tap partnerships to drive revenue for Silverback.

Qualifications, or What We're Looking For:


  • 3+ years of experience in partnership management, with a focus on B2B partnerships.
  • 5+ years of total professional experience, ideally in digital marketing (agency experience strongly preferred)
  • Proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and executing successful partnerships that drive revenue growth.
  • Someone who is highly self-motivated / a self-starter and can work autonomously with minimal oversight to achieve goals
  • Strong understanding of the B2B marketing landscape, including digital marketing, technology, and industry trends.
  • Experience with contract negotiation & execution and scoping partnerships with external vendors/partners
  • Excellent relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience with CRM, Marketing + Sales Automation and Partner Enablement.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute partnership strategies.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • The ability to accept constructive criticism in a professional manner and to learn from edits
  • Comfort with constant personal and professional growth.
