Description


As the Integration Specialist Manager, you will lead an integration team in the onboarding and adoption of the LightForce orthodontic system. You will collaborate across multiple departments to develop and execute the product integration strategy in support of the customer journey to drive product utilization. While collaborating with the sales team members, you will lead a regional team to provide clinical training to chairside assistants to grow and develop product utilization within the Orthodontic practice.

You’ll lead your team to create a defined work path with each targeted customer to facilitate full adoption of the LightForce system through clinical and business needs. You’ll do this creating and leveraging training resources and implementing processes and procedures for orthodontic customers. As a representative of LightForce, you are instrumental in communicatingwith customers, internal teams and leaders.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Partner with commercial leadership to understand and prioritize business goals and needs to drive results.
  • Lead and manage the customer integration strategy, assist with resource and tool development, and lead the full integration of orthodontic practices.
  • Partner with sales leadership to coordinate Integration Specialist (IS) geographic assignments and customer training schedules.
  • Utilize the company CRM, and software tools, to analyze and manage customers, training, and provide reporting to demonstrate Integration Specialist and overall integration program effectiveness.
  • Analyze data, customer behavior, and usage information to identify areas of improvement.
  • Identify and monitor employee training needs and work collaboratively with the proper subject matter experts to develop, deliver, and coach as needed. 
  • Work closely with the Commercialization team (Sales, Clinical Education, and Marketing) to co-develop and deliver both virtual and in person clinical instruction to orthodontic offices.
  • Provide programmatic level support to the Special Markets team (OSO/DSO).
  • Stay active and engaged with important orthodontic related organizations to stay abreast of trends and changes in orthodontics that impact our business or customers. 
  • Identify and monitor employee training needs and work collaboratively with the proper subject matter experts to develop, deliver, and coach as needed. 
  • Hiring, training, and developing new employees to meet organizational needs.
  • Providing feedback on an employee’s performance, helping to develop an employee’s skills where needed, and addressing performance problems.
  • Coordinating employee meetings such as staff meetings or team meetings.
  • Reviewing employee performance evaluations and providing feedback on areas for improvement.
  • Effective and independently manage booking of travel within company guidelines; ensuring to adhere to personal expenses and expense reporting requirements in a timely manner.

Education and/or Experience


  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, leading teams with direct reports
  • Registered Dental Assistant certification

Work Environment


  • Work is generally performed in an open office, sedentary position.
  • Regular business hours, some nights and weekend required
  • 50-75% travel when needed to HQ, customer meetings, co-travel with Integration Specialists to coach and evaluate
