That’s where you come in.We are looking for a QA Engineer to join our R&D team.You will be a part of an end-to-end quality assurance process, testing new features, investigating technical issues in the production environment, working in close collaboration with our product, R&D and customer success teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze requirements and write test plans for new features
- Perform manual tests to ensure the product's functionality, performance and security (UI, API, Integration, Regression)
- Design test cases for QA Automation
- Participate in technical design meetings of new features
- Provide support to internal teams that manage customer relationships - Investigate, diagnose, and communicate technical issues
- Take an active part in our version release process and work closely with the R&D developers and the Product team
REQUIREMENTS
- 2-3 years of experience in testing web-based applications
- Relevant academic degree or a professional QA course
- Experience with logging and reporting tools (Tableau/ Kibana/ Sumo Logic/ Splunk)
- Advanced SQL skills - Great advantage
- Strong attention to details
- Independent, responsible worker, able to plan and execute
- Proficient written and spoken English
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
