Role Overview:


The Senior Analyst role at Enova is a great opportunity for individuals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic product decisions. You will collaborate across teams, providing analytical insights that influence product direction, operational efficiency, and enhance customer experiences.

Responsibilities:


  • Present data insights, updates, and critical metrics clearly to all partners, ensuring alignment.
  • Identify customer needs through analysis, translating them into product requirements.
  • Manage technical and data risks to maintain product integrity.
  • Analyze data systems and processes for optimization.
  • Utilize SQL for data analysis, quality checks, and performance evaluations.
  • Define and track success metrics for product tests and acceptance.

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an analytical role with a strong track record in data-driven decision making and product strategy influence.
  • Proficient in SQL and understanding of relational databases for complex data analysis.
  • Solid understanding of finance and accounting principles to inform analyses.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, capable of adapting in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
