Gong is seeking a highly motivated Experienced Software Engineer, to join our talented Dublin R&D group in building our next-generation product.

You Will:
- Tackle hard technical problems—some at the architecture level, some at the code level, some at the product level—and come up with solutions, balancing practicality and innovation, short and long term.
- Develop complex systems and services that run in production at scale
- Explore & learn new fields, APIs and cutting-edge technologies including AI and NLP.
- Be the owner of the features you develop, while collaborating with product and UX teams from thinking and wireframe processes to production.
- Be a part of a successful startup technology team that translates our vision into a solid SaaS product that performs, scales, and is easy to use.
You should apply if you are:
- A top-talent software engineer with significant hands-on experience in developing web applications, with +2 years of development experience
- Good familiarity with application development methodologies
- Experience with back-end development with Java - a must
- Experience with front end development with React - an advantage
- Experienced with large-scale, cloud-based web applications.
- Highly creative problem-solver who is not afraid of research
- Preferably have a degree in computer science or similar.
- Excellent communicator and team player, with verbal and written skills in English.
- Someone who enjoys having responsibility and experiencing ownership of the created product
- Most importantly, a person who enjoys working in a team with very strong peers.
- Availability for a hybrid role, 3 days in office, based in Dublin
- Eligible to work in the EU currently and in the future
