About the Role:
We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform administrative duties that support the day-to-day functions of our CEO. You will become a valued and trusted member of the executive team and help to organize priorities as well as act as a trusted first point of contact for the office of our CEO.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing high volume projects and complex tasks, ensuring CEO’s goals and timelines are met in an organized manner
- Serve as the first point of contact for the office of the CEO, acting as the liaison between the company, external stakeholders, board members and our CEO. Be a connector of people that is trusted by the organization, and can surface employee trends and insights to the c-suite.
- Manage CEO’s dynamic ever-changing calendar; assist in scheduling complex meetings while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. You’ll address time-sensitive responses and requests for CEO’s time in a discreet and confidential manner.
- Proactively anticipate and address the needs of our CEO. Help to collect, organize and manage information for upcoming meetings, reports and presentations, including internal and board communications.
- Prepare expense reports and ensure they are submitted accurately in a timely manner
- Manage, coordinate and execute on CEO’s business travel, including international trips, and providing remote support where necessary across different time zones and locations
- Assist in ad-hoc projects for the office of the CEO and occasional travel for onsite meetings
- Partner with HR team to organize events for the Nanit team, helping to build a strong culture
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of experience in similar role, directly supporting c-level executives
- You’re strategic and also a do-er; possess a self-starter mindset and can operate independently with little to no supervision
- High energy, with a passion for driving a mission-drive culture
- Pro-active and demonstrates initiative; able to anticipate any needs and challenges ahead
- Able to to receive and synthesize complex and highly sensitive information
- Multi-functional and resourceful. You have demonstrated ability to handle multiple project successfully in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and can build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Able to communicate effectively and collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
- Excellent time-management skills and comfortable working across multiple priorities and time-zones
- Keen attention to detail and able to deliver high quality work under tight deadlines
- Expert in Google Calendar and various scheduling tools
- Proficient in Google Suite including Google Mail, Google Docs, Word and Slides
This is a hybrid role that will require prospective candidates to be in our NYC headquarters 3-4 days per week
Salary Range: $85,000 to $100,000 plus equity and benefits. The base pay is one component of Nanit's total compensation package, which may also include access to healthcare benefits, a 401(k) plan, short-term and long-term disability coverage, and basic life insurance. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
