About the Opportunity


Reporting to the Senior Program & People Analytics Manager, you will take a strategically critical role to proactively drive, implement, and strengthen impactful and meaningful people agenda that are globally consistent yet locally aligned. You will have an opportunity to shape people-related practices by partnering with a close-knit HR team on a local and global basis.An ideal candidate is one who is skilled at both program management and HR analytics with a deep understanding of how to translate data into insights, and how to bring great ideas into actionable project plans.

From workplace experience to cultural transformation, you will drive and lead programmes that improve employee experience and create a great place to work.

What You’ll Be Doing


  • Shape and deliver local employee engagement programs by connecting relevant data insights and your knowledge of the local site to create a positive employee experience and culture (eg. fireside chats, internal culture promotion programs etc.)
  • Design and drive employee engagement initiatives side-wide to create more positive experiences that employees will value (eg. Recognition programs, newsletters etc)
  • Work with teams to introduce programmes that promote diversity & inclusion, well-being and mental health in the workplace
  • Strengthen and continue to build on the people analytics reporting for Singapore site

What We Look For In You


  • Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Well-rounded experience of around 4-8 years in related HR fields such as: Employee engagement, data analytics, internal communication, EVPs, organizational culture, change management, etc
  • Creative and resourceful, with the ability to multi-task, and navigate around ambiguity and change
  • Excellent project and program management skills, including the ability to prioritize, plan and execute multiple initiatives end-to-end
  • Ability to communicate with data to drive direction, growth & change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to measuring program effectiveness
  • Impeccable communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Haves


  • Experience working in tech-industry or start-up environments
  • Global Work Experience
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin as this role involves working closely with internal stakeholders based in our Mandarin-speaking offices
