How you’ll support our operations:
At Misfits Market, our customers choose us for what we - quite literally - bring to the table. They expect their grocery order to arrive on time, fresh, and accurate and our warehouse associates play a critical role in that! As a member of the Replenishment team, the Replenishment Associate verifies the inventory quantity for each product is adequately maintained to ensure that our production team can successfully fulfill our customer orders.

What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor inventory levels of grocery and produce items and replenish stock as needed to ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
- Address replenishment needs as they arise.
- Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards for freshness and quality.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized warehouse environment, including proper storage of products and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with warehouse team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, communicate inventory needs, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Keep accurate records of inventory levels, replenishment activities, and any discrepancies or issues encountered during the replenishment process.
What you have:
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
- Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly without or without reasonable accommodation.
- Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees) for the duration of your shift.
Nice for you to have:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
- Experience working in a food based environment
