How you’ll support our operations:


At Misfits Market, our customers choose us for what we - quite literally - bring to the table. They expect their grocery order to arrive on time, fresh, and accurate and our warehouse associates play a critical role in that! As a member of the Replenishment team, the Replenishment Associate verifies the inventory quantity for each product is adequately maintained to ensure that our production team can successfully fulfill our customer orders.

  • Competitive Hourly Rate - $16.00

What you’ll be doing:


  • Monitor inventory levels of grocery and produce items and replenish stock as needed to ensure shelves are adequately stocked.
  • Address replenishment needs as they arise.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on products to ensure they meet company standards for freshness and quality.
  • Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized warehouse environment, including proper storage of products and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Coordinate with warehouse team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks, communicate inventory needs, and address any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Keep accurate records of inventory levels, replenishment activities, and any discrepancies or issues encountered during the replenishment process.

What you have:


  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately track inventory.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbs repeatedly without or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Comfortable working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees) for the duration of your shift.

Nice for you to have:


  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish)
  • Experience working in a food based environment
