About the Internship: As our Summer 2024 Product Manager Intern will focus on improving 'wayfinding' of certain features of our product, including Resources. They will partner with the analytics team to create a metrics dashboard and drive relevant plants for prioritization.
Our 8-week summer internship class runs from June 3rd - July 26th 2024.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Product Managers within the Resources team to understand the users and user cases across multiple products within Resource domain
- Collaborate with Product Analytics to identify gaps in our user and feature metrics
- Partner with Product Owners to build a prioritized plan on work required to capture required metrics
- Work with the Analytics team to create metrics dashboard that can track key product metrics, user engagement metrics to track the health of the products
- Present a comprehensive plan to the leadership to get their buy-in on how to measure, dashboard and review metrics by documenting all the metrics definitions
- Publish the metrics dashboard and internalize all the dashboards to ensure it is used to plan, prioritize and measure features
You’re a great fit for this role if:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- You are someone who is excited to work with data to generate insights
- Has strong interest in product management, technology, and the software development lifecycle
- You are a critical thinker and a self-starter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge of SQL/Python is a plus

- This internship is $20/hour for 35 hours per week
