Cesium has experienced significant growth in 2023 and it's now time to bring on an Executive Assistant to support our CEO to effectively scale our organization and create additional bandwidth for the CEO. This is an intense role in a fast moving growth-oriented company, which is ideal for a tech savvy individual who thrives in keeping things organized amidst rapid growth where systems and processes are still being put in place.
What you’ll do:
- Act as an “air traffic controller” for multiple concurrent projects
- Facilitate business rhythm by supporting internal and external meeting preparation, execution, and follow ups.
- Organize events such as weekly company meetings, called “Demo Day”; quarterly company meetings similar to an internal conference; various team and cross-functional meetings; dinners; visitors; etc.
- Interface with stakeholders, internally and externally, in person and virtually
- Some calendar scheduling and travel logistics
- Collaborate with the CEO on day-to-day operations and organization
What we’re looking for:
- 10+ years experience as an EA, Executive Officer, Chief of Staff or similar
- Excellent communication skills to a variety of stakeholders in writing and in person; concise and empathic; and can read the room
- Organized and diligent; you make check lists, double check everything, and follow up
- Tech savvy with best practices using Google Suite, Slack, etc.
- Successful experience in a dynamic high growth organization such as a venture-backed technology startup or a team in a large company that grew quickly
- No task too small nor too big mindset
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
