About the Job
RADAR is looking for a Financial Analyst to support our most important decisions with analytical rigor and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical problem solver and can effectively communicate financial results and forecasts. In this role, you will contribute and play a critical role in shaping our long-term business strategy and execution. This is a fantastic opportunity to be on the ground floor at a high growth startup with significant room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation of materials for budgeting, long-term planning, Board presentations and other executive level reporting, as needed.
- Create ad-hoc strategic analysis and presentations for internal and external stakeholders (e.g., new product introductions, customer business case / ROI, pricing, etc.).
- Partner with executive and functional leadership to review historical and estimated spend, identify and analyze cost savings opportunities and assist in execution of initiatives.
- Support ongoing fundraising efforts throughout investor diligence processes including financial overviews and model walkthroughs, transaction scenarios.
- Conduct in-depth analyses on inventory management and work with operational teams to implement strategies and recommendations.
- Take an active role in cash flow and balance sheet modeling and forecasting.
About You
Required:
- You have 3+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting, corporate finance, private equity, strategy, or similar.
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Math, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
- You have experience building complex operating and 3-Statement financial models with advanced functions and case functionality.
- You have strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- You are extremely organized and have an acute attention to detail.
- You are able to synthesize large data sets into concise, easy to understand analyses.
Preferred:
- You have a background in SaaS and/or hardware.
- You have experience working for a large, multi-division company.
- You have experience working in a start-up environment.
- You are able to anticipate analysis needs and employ an investigative approach to your work.

- Demonstrated ability to identify the "big picture" in complex situations by linking information and considering abstract or longer-term perspectives.
- Critically evaluates problems, situations or processes into its component parts and understands the nature of those parts and their relationship to one another.
- Proven ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to understand technical details, processes and system requirements.
