As the founding member, you will help build our HR processes for both the US and India from the ground up. You will also lead recruiting activities and the onboarding of new team members. What you’ll do:
- Lead recruiting operations for new team members
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Assist in developing compensation guidelines
- Manage the onboarding process of new team members
- Plan on-site, cultural events for India-based employees
- Pitch in for all-hands-on-deck projects
What you’ll need:
- 3+ years of experience as an HR generalist
- A desire to work in a scrappy start-up environment
- Experience with JazzHR and Rippling a plus
