Whether you’re in Austria or Taiwan, and whether your portfolio is worth one dollar or a million, SwissBorg gives you the best tools to learn about digital currencies and manage your wealth.And this is where you come in...We are looking for a KYC Manager with experience in scaling teams and processes while keeping the focus on compliance. 

What you might be doing:


  • Set a clear vision for KYC area and make sure everyone is aware and contribute accordingly
  • Assist teams in setting and monitoring KPIs that support the improvement and growth plans, make sure the team has a data driven approach and openness to set in place new monitoring systems
  • Ensure the highest level of AML/KYC compliance and correctness in the daily work of the team
  • Make sure the teams and systems are ready for hyper growth - performing at highest quality level and efficiency
  • Perform annual budgeting and plans for the KYC area. 
  • Keep a close collaboration with all stakeholders 
  • Have high quality collaboration and workflow with all KYC teams, Director of Operations, Director of Compliance and other same level Managers
  • Maintain relationships with all relevant Service providers 

What you might bring:


  • Previous experience leading and empowering teams and team leaders;
  • Strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and regulation;
  • Experience working with senior leadership on strategic planning, reporting and initiatives to ensure operational standards and user experience
  • Experience with scaling teams;
  • Fluency in English; 
  • Good understanding of crypto and blockchain ecosystem
