What you might be doing:
- Set a clear vision for KYC area and make sure everyone is aware and contribute accordingly
- Assist teams in setting and monitoring KPIs that support the improvement and growth plans, make sure the team has a data driven approach and openness to set in place new monitoring systems
- Ensure the highest level of AML/KYC compliance and correctness in the daily work of the team
- Make sure the teams and systems are ready for hyper growth - performing at highest quality level and efficiency
- Perform annual budgeting and plans for the KYC area.
- Keep a close collaboration with all stakeholders
- Have high quality collaboration and workflow with all KYC teams, Director of Operations, Director of Compliance and other same level Managers
- Maintain relationships with all relevant Service providers
What you might bring:
- Previous experience leading and empowering teams and team leaders;
- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC requirements and regulation;
- Experience working with senior leadership on strategic planning, reporting and initiatives to ensure operational standards and user experience
- Experience with scaling teams;
- Fluency in English;
- Good understanding of crypto and blockchain ecosystem
