JOB DESCRIPTION
- Purchasing Domains for different business units across the World
- Working on daily basis with Legal and Finance wrt Domain Portfolio
- Ensuring the correctness of domain info based on legal emails
- Maintenance of Domains contracts / registration contracts / documents signatures etc.
- Renewing SSL and other services
- Domain portfolio management using WMD (Watch my Domain)
- Migration of Domains / Vendors to domestic ecosystem during Acquisition & continuing to service them throughout their life cycle
- Resolving ticket requests through Freshservice for internal purpose for every department in Better Collective
- Access Management for the vendors via One Login
- Creating / sharing / maintaining SSH Access for different hosting Providers
- Payment Management via Mazepay and Cross collaboration to resolve technical issue related to payment terminals with Finance
- Coordination with other teams for day to day domain management
- Backup Management for websites and DB

- Minimum 2 years of work experience on IT / devops related position
- Knowledge of web domains, DNS, SSL, CloudFlare usage;
- Good hold on Linux terminal usage;
- Good knowledge of English vocabulary;
- Advance knowledge on AWS / Plesk is a PLUS
