A Better opportunity
We are looking for a Senior SOX Auditor to join our audit team and assist in the successful execution of the SOX program. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player capable of conducting control compliance walkthroughs and testing over multiple financial processes.
Responsibilities
●Assist in the planning and execution of SOX compliance audits, including scoping, risk assessment, and control testing.●Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and document internal controls and processes.●Review and evaluate financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with SOX requirements.●Conduct tests of controls to verify their effectiveness and identify control deficiencies.●Document findings and assist in the preparation of audit reports and recommendations.●Assist in the development and maintenance of audit workpapers and documentation.●Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices related to SOX compliance.
Requirement
●Bachelor’s degree in accounting, information technology, finance, or related field preferred●4+ years of experience working in public accounting, Sarbanes Oxley Compliance, or internal audit.●Experience with SOX and/or SOC1 audits a plus●Strong analytical and decision making skills.●Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with cross-functional teams.●Good planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.●Experience with Cloud Security and AWS a plus.Apply for this job
