Founded on the principles of trust, transparency and accountability, we aim to challenge the status quo at every step and are looking for purpose-driven team members to share our journey in redefining the Healthcare data infrastructure.About the role:As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position.What you’ll do:
- Complete applications for provider payor enrollment on behalf of CertifyOS customers
- Validate and authenticate information updated on the our payor enrollment platform and ensure 100% accuracy
- Attend team meetings, learn new workflows and inform the team on optimization & quality opportunities.
- Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed
What you’ll need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Preferable: Healthcare Experience
Compensation: $21 Per hourWorking hours: minimum 10 hours and up to 30 hours per week. Note: this role will require training during normal business hours (9 - 5pm EST) for the first few weeks, but will have a flexible schedule from thereon out.
