Here at Huckberry, we’re on a mission to inspire and equip adventures near and far, and along the way create the largest men’s lifestyle brand on the planet.  We’re looking for an action-oriented individual with marketplace expertise to drive Huckberry’s Amazon business.As the Amazon Brand Manager at Huckberry, you will lead the development and execution of strategies to maximize the presence and performance of our brand on Amazon. You will use your deep understanding of Amazon’s ecosystem to drive revenue through traffic and conversion optimization, managing product listings, optimizing content, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

This role is based out of our headquarters in Austin, TX; relocation support will be provided to a remote hire.


Responsibilites


  • Brand Strategy
  • Utilize knowledge of the ecosystem to develop and implement a comprehensive Amazon brand strategy aligned with Huckberry.com's overall business objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and changes within the Amazon marketplace to identify new opportunities and challenges
  • Growth
  • Drive initiatives to enhance brand visibility, awareness on the Amazon platform
  • Create and implement platform performance marketing strategies for Huckberry’s brand, driving revenue growth
  • Product Listings and Optimization
  • Manage product listings, ensuring compelling content, high-quality product presentation, and effective use of keywords
  • Optimize product pages to improve search rankings, conversion rates, and overall performance
  • Performance Analysis
  • Analyze retail metrics (revenue, profit, traffic, conversion rate, market share, etc.) to assess results and identify opportunities within the channel to improve performance, including optimizing listing content and driving down costs / fees
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, and customer reviews
  • Collaboration
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including inventory planning, marketing, product development, and customer service, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive brand presence

Requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of Amazon Seller Central Experience, with direct knowledge of inventory management, FBA process, reinstatements, case filing, Amazon PPC advertising, brand registry troubleshooting, basic Amazon SEO, Helium10, and keyword research
  • Previous experience with A+ wireframe / A+ Copy / Amazon video integration
  • Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem, the competitive landscape, and how to operate within Amazon’s system of marketplace rules
  • Strong analytical skills - ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • High-motor self-starter focused on driving results. Can solve complex problems without extensive oversight
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, and impeccable attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work with creative partners to develop engaging content to guide the customer towards purchase
  • Strong proficiency in Excel
