Here’s what you’ll be doing:


  • Spearhead outbound prospecting efforts, making over 100 calls daily to real estate agents and brokerages. Your goal? To shine a spotlight on our client's cutting-edge software solutions that boost online and social media engagement, driving more buyers and sellers their way.
  • Navigate through the initial discovery phase with potential clients, identifying their marketing pain points and showcasing how our software can revolutionize their business.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and persistence, continually pushing for new opportunities to fill the pipeline and drive business growth.
  • Leverage your exceptional communication skills to articulate the value of our software, ensuring prospects are fully engaged and primed for conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine strategies, share insights, and smash sales targets.

Must-haves:


  • A solid year of sales experience, preferably with a track record in outbound sales. Your ability to dial, engage, and intrigue is what we're after.
  • A current resident or willing to work in-office near Wilshire and La Brea, embracing the pulse and vibrancy of our dynamic team environment.
  • A relentless drive, matched with a stellar ability to learn and adapt. We're looking for someone who's not just in it for the sales, but to genuinely help real estate professionals thrive.
  • Own a reliable mode of communication, ready to connect, convince, and convert from the get-go.

This role is more than a job; it's a leap into the forefront of real estate technology. With a competitive base salary of $17/hour plus bonuses, your potential earnings range from $40,000 to $110,000, depending on your zeal to exceed expectations.
