THE ROLE
Better Collective is looking for a highly organised, experienced individual to support our European business. In this role you will enhance our website performance and increase conversion rates through data-driven strategies, ultimately driving revenue growth and improving user experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conversion Rate Optimisation:
Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimisation strategies tailored to the company's websites.Utilize A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies to identify and implement improvements.Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in conversion rate optimisation.
- Performance Monitoring and Analysis:
Monitor and analyse website and digital campaign performance using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track metrics related to conversion rates and user behavior.Generate regular reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for optimisation.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gain insights into user behavior, preferences, and pain points.Utilize tools such as heatmaps, session recordings, and surveys to gather data on user interactions.Identify areas for improvement based on user feedback and data analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and development, to implement optimisation strategies.Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on goals and priorities.Prioritise tasks based on potential impact and resource availability.
Generate comprehensive reports on optimisation efforts, including key findings, recommendations, and performance metrics.Present findings to stakeholders, including executives, marketing teams, and product managers.Translate technical insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to execute optimisation projects effectively and efficiently.Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budgets.Maintain documentation of project plans, progress, and outcomes for future reference.
