Supported by prominent investors, our client seeks a Strategic Finance Manager to spearhead their financial strategy and analysis efforts, facilitating sustainable growth and impactful decision-making.

Responsibilities:


  • Strategic Finance and Analysis: Leverage a strong background in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development to drive financial planning, analysis, and strategic decision-making processes.
  • Financial Modeling and Excel Mastery: Utilize exceptional Excel skills to develop sophisticated financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis, supporting the company's strategic initiatives.
  • Budget Management: Oversee the budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial health.
  • Presentation to Stakeholders: Craft compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate financial strategies and performance to venture capital firms and key stakeholders, showcasing the company's value and potential.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Lead the FP&A team with a focus on skill development and operational excellence. Work collaboratively across departments to embed financial insights into business decision-making.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Support the company's mission by providing financial insight into value-based care initiatives, empowering creators and innovators to address significant challenges within the healthcare sector.

Qualifications:


  • Rigorous Financial Background: 2-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, or corporate development.
  • Technical Proficiency: Exceptional skills in Excel and PowerPoint, with a proven track record of building complex financial models and delivering persuasive presentations.
  • Strategic Thinker: Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a deep understanding of financial principles and their application in business strategy.
  • Leadership Skills: Experience leading and developing high-performing teams, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Passion: Genuine interest in healthcare and commitment to improving patient outcomes, with an understanding of value-based care models.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.

Salary:


  • Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
