About the Role
We are hiring a Ceridian Dayforce HRIS Analyst to own administration, analysis, support, system updates, and maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS). This role will be the key resource for complex reporting, analysis, and data entry for the People Operations Team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Data entry for new hires, exits, and support of various HR, benefits & payroll, etc.
- Collaborate with various functional areas in the company to create and determine business rules and process flows.
- Design and develop queries and reports using standard tools and methodologies.
- Perform system tests and audits for data accuracy, integrity, and functionality.
- Make alterations to existing programs for updates, improvements, and or to report data as necessary.
- Responsible for upgrades/enhancement of existing HR systems to meet current and future requirements, such as open enrollment, etc.
- Provide functional support to end-users, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
- Contribute to quality control measures for mass data uploads, ensuring compliance and data integrity.
- Lead end-to-end configuration, testing, deployment, and post-deployment support for one or more recurring business processes, configuration changes, or new functionalities.
- Conducts special projects as requested, and needed.
Qualifications
- 3 to 4 years of HR systems configuration, preferably with Ceridian Dayforce.
- Expert Excel or Google Sheet skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and modify reports
- Ability to work on projects requiring interpersonal and time-management skills
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality for people-related and compliance-related matters.
$75,000 - $85,000 a year
