About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and client-oriented individual to join DigiSay as an Account Executive. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for DigiSay’s clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong relationships. You will collaborate closely with our internal teams to deliver exceptional service and maximize client success. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, adept at managing multiple client accounts, and passionate about the media industry.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, goals, and challenges. Serve as their main point of contact for all inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services.
- Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and presentations to update clients on campaign progress, performance metrics, and industry trends.
- Address client concerns promptly and effectively, working closely with internal teams to resolve issues and provide solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and generate additional revenue. Present new services, products, or strategies to clients and facilitate contract renewals.
- Supervise and co-work with the assigned DigiSay teams on all clients’ requests, while making sure to add input and abide with the agreed upon SLA.
- Share weekly and monthly performance reports with clients.
- Align with the finance team on revenue & transfer reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in client relations, account management, or a similar role within a media agency or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of media planning, advertising, and digital marketing concepts.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
