What You’ll DoReporting to the Senior Account Development Representative, you will support our fast growing base of leading and emerging eCommerce customers. As a highly motivated Account Development Rep (ADR) for our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for working with our existing customers in a consultative manner to identify additional solutions from the Searchspring product offering. This role includes responsibilities for account expansion and renewal.How You’ll Succeed
- Drive growth within the existing customer base through product upgrades, new product sales, and renewals
- Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Searchspring services
- Drive the entire renewal/expansion sales process from start to finish including opportunity identification, introductory meetings, product demonstration, customer Q&A, as well as negotiation and closing
- Interact with the management team in 1-1, team meetings and via forecasting and reporting to provide critical updates, and strategic account planning
- Collaborate with the technical support and implementations team to configure our implementation per customer requirements and troubleshoot issues raised by customers
- Represent the voice of the customer to provide input for product enhancements, marketing, and sales process
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related customer-facing role
- Desire to be a closer and exceed targets
- Top performer, highly motivated, and results-orientated
- Ability to grow strong relationships with customers and partners
- Strong empathy for customers
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
