Influencer Marketing Manager

We are now looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager with the objective to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to identify new segments and convert them into active and loyal users as well as fostering authentic connections with our target audience.If you’re self-driven, ambitious and can demonstrate past experience in successfully running Influencer marketing campaigns with performance in your focus and brand in your heart, then we believe this is a dream job for you.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns to support marketing initiatives and product launches.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers and content creators to amplify brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure campaign success.
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in influencer marketing to drive innovation and results.
Job Requirements:
- Personal Interest: In Influencer Marketing on various social media platforms including mobile first channels.
- Developing influencer campaigns based on product briefs, effectively translating marketing campaign concepts into impactful influencer strategies.
- Proficiency in English and native-level fluency in German
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns by utilizing key performance indicators (KPIs) from performance marketing.
- Ability to create well-structured and understandable documentation and supporting course materials.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights from data.
