Job SummaryThe HVAC Diffuser Installer will be responsible for installation of Scenting Diffusers to client HVAC systems that disperse Aroma360 signature fragrances through the central heating and cooling system. The Installer will have a valid Driver’s License, a Florida State Licensed Electrical Technician, and AC servicing experience. Essential Duties• Connecting Scent Diffusers to existing HVAC systems in residential and commercial spaces.• Travel between sites and adhere to extensive safety standards while performing assigned duties.• Will install 4-5 Diffusers daily ranging between 30 minutes to 2-hour installation appointments.• Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks to ensure diffuser functionality.
• 24 – 72 hour follow ups addressing client satisfaction.• Address onsite troubleshooting to determine the specific nature of a technical need or malfunction. • Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions• Produce timely and detailed service reports• Document all processes• Operate vehicle in a safe manner• Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organization• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings• Build positive relationships with customersRequirements• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent• FL Licensed Electrician• AC Servicing/HVAC• Proven successful experience with • Ability to pass a background check• Valid Driver’s License • Ability to drive self to client residences and commercial properties.
• Ability to climb, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually.• Must have an honest and dependable personality• Strong mechanical aptitude• Strong ability to speak, write, and read in English language• Ability to lift items weighing up to 100lbs safelyCompensation and schedule
