Vidoori, Inc. is a rapidly growing information technology company seeking an Event Coordinator Intern to:
- Provide event support. Duties include planning and organizing in-house events for employees; providing on-site assistance at events and various projects related to company engagement activities.
- Assist with Company’s year-end party preparation tasks including gathering registration materials; assisting with the event registration; researching event ideas, décor, and venues; and any other event-related support.
- Provide administrative support such department emails, mail, and coordinating internal meetings.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees and business partners.

Experience
Students on track to earn a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. A major in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related track is preferred but not required.
Location
Hyattsville, MD (New Carrolton Metro Station). Must be able to work physically at Vidoori office at least 15 hours a week.

Authorized to work in the United States (U.S. citizen, U.S. green card holder)
