Controller to join our growing team. As a key member of the Finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support our development activities.
Requirements:
Project Management Experience: The ideal candidate must possess a solid background in project management, with specialized experience in a real estate development or construction company. Demonstrated experience in successfully navigating the complexities of these fields is essential.Financial Tracking and Reporting: Candidates should be proficient in monitoring and managing financial and banking transactions. This includes a comprehensive understanding of tracking both incoming and outgoing funds.
Generating accurate and insightful financial reports is a crucial skill for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
