As a Customer Care Agent, you’ll be working with our customers over the phone, on live chat, and through email with the opportunity to create raving fans for Lighting New York every single day.

Schedule for this role:


Each shift will be 10 hours (for a 40 hour work week). We offer flexibility in the schedule per day. The following are the open times for each of the 4 days:Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern timeSunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern timeMonday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern timeTuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern timePositions start at $16.00/hr with a $1/hour increase after 60 day provisional period + Quarterly Bonus.Other Benefits include:
