Meade, MarylandSEAT LOCATION: NBPMISSION:The customer's project involves agency's implementation of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF). The tool works in a series of applications that fill in various gaps of the agency's RMF needs to include System Registration, Exemption Tracking, Patch Management, and System Monitoring. System Monitoring makes up the bulk of the work that the project does on a day-to-day basis.
However, this distribution of applications, in conjunction with external partner apps results in difficulties for users navigating the RMF process. The current process forces users to jump from website to website filling out different pieces of information.This project effort is tasked with creating a unified RMF infrastructure that can hold the entire process in one location.JOB DESCRIPTION: As part of the Secure the Enterprise initiative, develop capabilities to shift from the current manual system security evaluation and authorization process to a new model that emphasizes automation, streamlined processes and approvals, continuous monitoring and assessment, and network data gathering across the entire life cycle of a project.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:• The DevOps Engineer will facilitate infrastructure management, continuous integration, environment configuration and deployment as well as supporting the project’s compliance and security posture.• The team member shall focus on delivering the automation that enables all the other teams to operate smoothly.Required Qualifications:• Linux system administration• Docker• Python scripting• AWS, C2S, or other cloud experience• GitLab Pipeline• Ansible PipelinePreferred Qualifications:• Elasticsearch• NiFi• Cloud hosting and automationQUALIFICATIONS: CERTIFICATION: N/AEXPERIENCE: • High school + 12 years minimum experience, OR• Associates degree + 10 years minimum experience, OR• Bachelor’s degree + 8 years minimum experience, OR• Master’s degree + 6 years minimum experience, OR• Doctorate’s degree + 4 years minimum experience.CSG, Inc.
