About

- Design and develop new features and functionality in our Rails application
- Be able and excited to extend past the Rails, into the application's guts.
- Share application support duties through the beta phase and into commercialization
- Use your critical thinking skills to innovate and solve problems
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have most of the following:
- 5+ years Industry experience as a software engineer
- Initial knowledge of Ruby on Rails or PHP.
- Good development skills in a UNIX environment and familiarity with the UNIX command line
- Knowledge of at least one source control system
- Ability to think outside the box and make decisions based on the problem space
- Ability to quickly write clean, well-organized code in any language
- Strong attention to detail and a feeling of pride and ownership over the quality of our product
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- A passion and desire to work at a company trying to change an industry
- Living in İzmir
