Marketing + Communications Operations Coordinator
As a Marketing + Communications Operations Lead at WizeHive, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our mission by supporting the demand generation funnel, The key aspects of this role consist of assisting with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns and curating events that capture and nurture leads across multiple channels. Additionally, you will support communication campaigns to current clients that foster retention and facilitate ongoing communications
Responsibilities include:
Communications & List Management
- Execute campaigns (HubSpot & Non-HubSpot)
- Maintain client, DNC, and prospect lists
- Manage the development and execution of the monthly customer newsletters and other customer communications
Coordinate virtual and live event presence
- Logistics, Planning, and execution
Maintain Marketing Processes and Operations
- Budget, Tech Stack, Asset Repository, Internal Wikis
Manage organic social media channels
- Manage posting, monitoring, sharing, community engagement, and tracking/reporting metrics
