Collection Manager

What you will be doing!
As a Collection Manager you will to support core Intelligence Community (IC) missions at Ft Meade and the extended enterprise locations. Candidate will be given the opportunity to showcase your SIGINT Collection/Analysis expertise while supporting missions that are vital to our national security.Key Requirements:

  • Identify appropriate collection access points, methods, and/or plans necessary to exploit target networks and to satisfy specific collection requirements
  • Develop, plan, and coordinate the deployment of collection systems.
  • Validate, coordinate, issue, adjust, and terminate collection tasking for the customer's Collection programs
  • Collaborate internally and with external agencies to acquire, maintain and maximize access to global communications.
  • Ensure that products conform to customer reporting policy guidance and style standards.

Education and Experience:Relevant experience must be in SIGINT collection and/or analysis. Completion of military training in a relevant area such as Signals Collector or Analysis program will be considered towards the relevant experience.Level 1:A degree in any field is acceptableEntry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 6 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 4 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience.Level 2: A degree in any field is acceptableEntry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 9 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 3 years of relevant experience.Level 3:  A degree in any field is acceptableEntry is with a high school diploma or GED plus 12 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience, OR a Master's Degree and 6 years of relevant experience.
