About Position:
Experience: 1 - 2 Years (relevant experience in mechanical estimation within the construction industry)
Position Requirement:
Qualification:
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering, cost management, or a related field
Job Profile:
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and technical data to determine quantities and materials required.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection, in construction projects.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source and price materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
- Assist in developing project budgets and financial plans for mechanical systems.
- Monitor and adjust budgets to maintain cost control
- Preparation of MEP Sub Contractor Billing Dash Board , project cost summary,for all Projects,weekly,monthly wise
- Prepare measurement sheet & Process the Contractor billing through SAP system.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of mechanical estimation documentation and reports.
- Follow up Finance Team for supplier/subcontractor Payment as per PO Terms & assist the concerned Project teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Added Advantage: SAP Basic knowledge or working experience will be plus
