Aprio Philippines is currently seeking a creative and dynamic Senior Manager of Learning and Development to oversee the organization's efforts in professional and learning development. This individual will supervise strategic learning programs and talent development “The Aprio Way”.  A strategic mindset that aligns learning initiatives with business objectives and industry trends, leadership qualities that inspire creative and collaborative teams, an analytical approach that uses data-driven insights to optimize training effectiveness, adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment by embracing change and innovation, and a genuine passion for developing talent and promoting professional growth are just a few of the characteristics that the ideal candidate possesses. Responsibilities·Design, develop, and execute comprehensive learning strategies aligned with Aprio's objectives and industry best practices.

·Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and implement programs that enhance skills and competencies across various departments. ·Create a robust curriculum encompassing technical accounting skills, soft skills, leadership development, and professional certifications. ·Review, edit, and finalize all training content and other documents for programs to ensure high quality and then give feedback to direct reports. ·Oversee the implementation and utilization of learning management systems (LMS) and other educational technologies to facilitate training delivery. ·Be responsible for resolving course development issues with SMEs and leadership before deploying a course. ·Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through metrics, feedback, and assessments, making continuous improvements based on insights. ·Lead a team of learning professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and fostering a culture of continuous learning.Qualifications·Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field.

CPA is required. ·Proven leadership experience of at least 5-7 years in a Learning and Development role within an accounting or professional services firm. At least 2 years should be supervising one or more direct reports. ·Client-facing experience at an accounting firm is highly preferred. ·Experience with performance consulting of training requests to recommend the best solutions. ·Experience with creating flowcharts, developing user guides, and writing policies in support of programs and learning and development in general. ·Experience working with a US-based learning and development department to deploy training in the Philippines. ·Experience managing policies in support of learning and development, such as CPA, tuition reimbursement, external training requests, and overseas training travel. ·Demonstrated success in designing and delivering training programs in a variety of modalities that drive technical proficiency, organizational growth, and individual development. ·Proficiency in utilizing learning management systems and other training tools. ·Highly experienced with designing courses using ADDIE and SAML. ·Willing to work or relocated in Clark, Pampanga.
