:1SEO Digital Agency is a private-equity backed digital marketing company located 30 minutes north of Philadelphia. Our “mission” is to enable high quality local service providers to make effective connections with qualified customers located within 25 miles of their office. We are converting a legacy digital marketing agency into a B2B technology company that sells “marketing as a service” to local service providers. Our entire team works from our office in Bristol, PA, but our clients have physical offices in one or more cities across the US or Canada and fall in one of three categories: home services, health & wellness, or professional services. .
Position Responsibilities
: As the VP of Finance & Data Systems, you will report to both the CEO and Executive Chairman and serve on the senior executive leadership team. You will be held accountable for the improvement, automation, and end results for each of the following functional departments at the Company.
Accounting Systems
: manage Staff Accountant and oversee the month-end closing process to GAAP standards. Install, Integrate and manage a fully-automated subscription revenue billing and cost accounting systems for measuring profitability on a per client and product-line basis and a trust-account system for managing client advertising budget accounts.
Financial Systems
: analyze historical data, monitor real-time KPIs, and predict future performance and manage company and departmental budgets. Be accountable for treasury functions and security of all payment and transaction systems. Prepare monthly financial reports and deliver quarterly presentations to the Board of Directors.
HR Systems
: manage Talent Acquisition Specialist and improve the recruiting, metrics performance review, career tracks, and compensation process using the EOS and TopGrading frameworks.
Information Systems
: recruit and manage an Information Systems Engineer and oversee the development and implementation of a comprehensive data systems architecture for the entire company. Improve and implement modern cyber security protocols across the organization.
Data Analytics
: recruit and manage a business data analyst and oversee all sales, marketing, operational and financial data from multiple information systems and build business intelligence dashboards for both executive leaders and each functional department and enable proper cost-accounting on a per client and product-line basis.
Corporate Development
: manage our Director of Corporate Development and assist with the evaluation and acquisition of add-on acquisitions and lead the data systems and HR integration process after closing.

Required Skills and Experience:
10+ years of corporate finance experience10+ years of experience managing or overseeing data and information systemsExperience with migrating and installing CRM, accounting, billing and ERP systemsSolid understanding of GAAP and recurring revenue metrics (MRR, ARR, ACV, CAC, churn analysis, LTV) and enterprise valuationExperience with subscription-based services with annual contractsBachelor's Degree in business, accounting, data science, or engineeringExperience serving on leadership team of a high-growth technology company
Preferred Experience (But not Required)
