Copper River Cyber Solutions is seeking a 
Senior OutSystems Platform Administrator to join our team in support of a new contract at the Department of Health and Human Services Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Responsiveness. This position will be performed remotely with the occasional need for an onsite meeting in the Washington D.C. area.The Senior OutSystems Platform Administrator is responsible for all administration aspects of our client’s OutSystems platform in their AWS cloud environment, providing technical guidance and solutions to all levels of staff and management, both government and contractor.

Working with Project Team Leads and Project Managers to produce the highest quality products.

Responsibilities 


(include but are not limited to)

:


  • Deploying, configuring, patching and maintaining OutSystems environment in the client’s cloud.
  • Provide OutSystems technical guidance, leadership, and knowledge.
  • Provide OutSystems administration in the client’s cloud.
  • Managing and supporting OutSystems environments and software.
  • Managing, planning, test, and deploying OutSystems related upgrades.
  • Assisting with application deployment through the Lifetime tool.
  • Assisting with troubleshooting of OutSystems platform integrations.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and remediating issues found in both OutSystems and server lgos.
  • Configuring, deploying, and maintaining mobile deployment pipelines to allow applications to be published in the iOS app store, Android store and directly to client’s Microsoft 365 platform via InTune.
  • Configuring, deploying, and maintaining a dual deployment OutSystems pipeline at the client’s request.
  • Performing all platform troubleshooting steps and working with OutSystems support to resolve complex issues.
  • Assist with providing security documentation and configuration to client to meet FISMA requirements.
  • Advises of feasibility of potential future projects to management.
  • Peforms 508 testing and security scanning on applications to ensure compliance with applicable rules and governance.

Requirements:


  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Experience with implementation and administration of OutSystems and AWS hosting environments
  • Experience designing, implementing, troubleshooting, analyzing, and maintaining cloud environments.
  • Experience managing, configurating, and supporting OutSystems environments.
  • Experience with OutSystems platform administration.
  • Experience performing OutSystems upgrades.
  • Experience with OutSystems integration, component add-ons and development.
  • Experience creating and presenting technical specifications and requirements.
  • Experience producing quality documentation.
  • Experience working with Federal government clients.

  • Preferred Skills:
  • OutSystems knowledge and experience
  • OutSystems Certifications (Platform Engineer, Administrator, Architect, etc)
  • Cloud knowledge and experience
  • Microsoft 365 knowledge and experience a plus
  • SharePoint knowledge and experience a plus
  • Platform and data migration knowledge and experience a plus
  • Cyber Security knowledge and experience a plus

  • Clearance:
  • Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

  • Education:
  • Bachelors degree or prior, relevant experience in lieu of a degree
