Job Summary
The Inside Physician Sales Representative is responsible for onboarding, maintaining, and growing the current customer base of physician office and institutional/hospital customers. The successful candidate will prospect and close new customers, as well as build relationships with existing accounts.
Responsibilities
- Handle in-coming customer calls
- Make out-bound “cold-calls” to sell services and close new business
- Work cross functionally to ensure sales goals are met
- Update CRM platform
- Be able to handle multiple accounts in various stages of conversion
- Establish relationships with current customers
- Present offerings to customers via phone and/or webinar
- Present quarterly reviews to customers
- Work across various departments within the organization to ensure customer prioritization and satisfaction
- Handle all tasks with professionalism and urgency
Requirements
- High sense of urgency along with exceptional customer service; very high attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and track enrollment information in varying degrees of the conversion cycle; as well as have thorough detail to complete each task on time and with accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Travel may be required.
Qualifications
- BS Degree
- 2+ years of inside sales experience with cold-calling prospects
