Job Summary:
Enertia is seeking highly skilled consultants to join our consulting services team. The Consulting Services Team is responsible for implementing and delivering solutions for new and existing client projects. As a consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing expertise and guidance to our clients in the upstream oil and gas industry. This individual will be responsible for understanding client needs, conveying Enertia’s product offerings or solutions, and leading successful client engagements.
We are looking for consultants who are energetic and can immediately contribute to our customer success. Consultants should have strong interpersonal and client-facing skills, exceptional communication, and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a detailed planner, top-notch analyst, and hands-on contributor. The individual will work directly with Enertia teams to ensure superior execution and customer service.
Responsibilities:
· Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand specific needs, challenges, and goals. Quickly establish and maintain strong client relationships.· Software Implementations & Upgrades: Lead or support the implementation or upgrade of software solutions. Identify and complete post-implementation projects including divestitures and mergers & acquisitions.· Project Management: Manage complex projects effectively and efficiently by managing timelines, budgets, and resources.· Software Solutions Assessment: Assess client requirements and create requirements, gaps, and functional specifications documents.· Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional Enertia teams including customer engagement managers, software developers, subject matter experts, implementation consultants, and support personnel.· Training: Conduct training sessions for new and existing clients

· Excellent leadership skills· Strong organizational skills · Excellent attention to detail· Results-driven, able to self-direct, and work independently or within a team· Project Management knowledge and ability to drive projects· Ability to keep client projects on track and within budget· Superior verbal, written, and presentation communication skills· Flexible and able to easily adapt to rapidly changing priorities· Basic understanding of upstream oil and gas · Up to 80% travel required· Ability to work remotely (accessibility to work remotely) required
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree · 2+ years of project-related experience· Preferred experience in upstream oil/gas · Preferred experience with Enertia software or software implementations
