Senior Contract Administrator - USA (Remote)
Background:Kent, Campa and Kate Incorporated (KCK) is a federal contracting company that provides professional services to Government Agencies. We are currently seeking candidates for a Senior Contract Administrator position supporting the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Position Description:The Senior Contract Administrator (SrCA) serves as the Contractor’s main point-of-contact and provides overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel working under the contract.
The SrCA is responsible for the quality and efficiency of all work performed and products delivered. The SrCA must have organizational authority to assign work to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing efforts, and manage overall performance of all services performed. This person must be readily available, within normal business hours, to respond to FDIC questions, concerns, and comments, as well as be proactive in alerting the FDIC to potential contractual or programmatic issues.Requirements:
- Education: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience Level: Minimum of 8 years combined experience in program management and FAR or non-FAR based contract administration, while servicing the Federal sector.
- Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing and managing large volumes of tasks.
- Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with groups of individuals at all organizational and management levels.
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing, in an effective and coherent manner.
- Demonstrated subject matter expert in the federal acquisition process to include all pre- and post- award activities associated with contracts for commercial goods and services.
- All contractor personnel working under this contract must be a U.S. citizen and achieve a favorable determination on their FDIC background investigation.
